Dynamic DNA led by Prudence Mabitsela is advocating for female upskilling in the 4IR specializations and requires champions to embark on this programme with her.
Through the 4IR4HER programme – Dynamic DNA is building female ICT Skills capabilities in South Africa.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) represents a new era of innovation in technology that will enhance human-machine relationships, unlock new market opportunities, and fuel growth across the global economy.
Digitalization skills are skills that will ensure that the youth, especially females are part of the global opportunities and the new normal.

4 IR4HER OBJECTIVES
A movement with the purpose to empower WOMEN to enter the world of technology. The ICT industry in SA has a shortage of skills, which is a great opportunity to include more females into the trade, through a movement like IR4HER.
- To train and equip 5000 females in the ict skills which will lead To job creation and Employment opportunities.
- To create technological and Social impact through Various digitalization Activities that will empower Females and create new Digital eco-systems.
- To promote techpreneurship
- To ensure females are Supported, trained, and fast- Tracked into 4ir related job Roles and businesses.
- To build and transfer 4ir Skills in the communities
